Melatonin Forte combines 2 highly topical ingredients in a single product: melatonin and rhodiola. Melatonin is a hormone that is secreted naturally during the night to help our body regulate sleep cycles. Rhodiola, also called “golden root”, is a precursor of serotonin, which neutralizes the nervous states that prevent a night's rest.
Composition:
Per capsule: rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract (titrated at 3% in rosavin and 1% in salidroside, in corn maltodextrin): 250 mg, pure melatonin: 1.90 mg. Other components: microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate.
How to use:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, shortly before going to sleep.
